Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 4 June 2026
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services provided by HyperGrowth W.L.L, trading as "DollarAbroad" ("we", "us", "our"), accessible at https://www.dollarabroad.com. By accessing the site or purchasing our service, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. The service we provide
DollarAbroad provides a one-time "International Card-Activity Verification" (the "Service"): we process a single payment of US$1.00 (or its local-currency equivalent) through an international payment processor and provide you with on-screen confirmation and an email receipt evidencing that an international transaction was made using your card.
The Service is the processing of, and confirmation of, that transaction. It is a digital service that is performed and delivered immediately upon successful payment.
2. What the service is not
- We do not sell any physical or tangible goods.
- We are not a bank, card issuer, financial adviser, or lounge-access provider, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any such organisation.
- We do not guarantee that the transaction will qualify you for any specific benefit, reward, lounge membership, or status. Whether a transaction counts toward any benefit is determined solely by your card issuer under its own terms, over which we have no control.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and the authorised holder of the payment card you use, or be expressly authorised by the cardholder to use it. You agree to use only a card you are legally permitted to use. Use of the Service to test, validate, or "card" payment instruments you are not authorised to use is strictly prohibited and may be reported to the relevant authorities and payment networks.
4. Payment and processors
Payments are collected and processed by third-party payment processors, currently Stripe. Your card details are entered directly with the processor and are subject to that processor's own terms and privacy policy. We do not receive or store your full card number. The charge will appear on your statement with the descriptor we have configured (for example, "DOLLARABROAD.COM").
5. Pricing and currency
The fee for the Service is US$1.00, or the equivalent amount in the currency charged by the relevant processor. Your bank may apply its own foreign-transaction fees or exchange-rate margins, which are entirely outside our control and are your responsibility.
6. No refunds. Because the Service is a digital service that is fully performed and delivered the moment your payment succeeds, all payments are final and non-refundable. By purchasing, you expressly acknowledge that the Service begins immediately and you waive any right of withdrawal or "cooling-off" period to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
7. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for a transaction you authorised, you agree this is a breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to dispute illegitimate chargebacks and to recover any associated fees and reasonable costs, and to decline future Service to you.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, financing of illegal activity, or testing of stolen or unauthorised cards. We may refuse, suspend, or cancel any transaction at our discretion and may report suspicious activity to payment networks and authorities.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and that the transaction will achieve any particular outcome with your card issuer.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us (US$1.00). We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including any benefit, perk, or status you did not obtain from your card issuer.
11. Privacy
Our handling of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time of your purchase. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
14. Contact
